about offline screenshots

Hi,

our enemy has many many offline screenshots! ESL Admin want that we upload the offline screenshots too! Everyone has offline screenshots on the match today but the most the enemys! Is there a way to upload offline screens?

Hello,

yes, sometimes the database or fileserver gets overloaded and not all screens are uploaded.

But they can be uploaded anytime.

just:

1) Run UAC
2) Go to SCREENS section
3) press UPLOAD SCREENS
4) Select files to upload (located in <uac install dir>\aftermatch\<match id>\*.*)
5) uploading ....

If the user has trouble uploading, no problem, any user can upload valid screenshots. So he can send it to anyone and they can upload them.
Invalid screenshots are rejected and we are notified so we can take action.

Hello , i have a problem , i played a match in esl with uac2 and when i finished the match i uploaded the screenshots like u said and the status it's still offline .

We are a little bit short on the storage as there are currently many many users.

Currently we work on the solution and it will be resolved soon.

Try to reupload your screens once they are not accessable.
